Company Profile
Better Business Bureau

We are a business committed to standing behind our products and services.

The time to check on an appliance repair service is before agreeing to let the company repair your refrigerator, oven, washer, dryer, or other appliance. Sometimes consumers who run into problems with unsatisfactory repairs or delays in repairs and then contact the Better Business Bureau find, to their dismay, that the appliance repair service they are dealing with already has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB. By contacting the Bureau first, consumers may be able to avoid problems later.

For a reliability report on a company or to file a complaint, please contact the BBB in Dallas at 214/220-2000 (24 hours). From surrounding areas, call 1-800-705-3994 from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Or write: Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas, Inc., 2001 Bryan St., Suite 850, Dallas, TX 75201.
